  1. There is so much information out there about what foods to eat, which to avoid, it seems so much. This is the thing Melanie and I are going to do after we move.

Its not a diet, its a change to a whole food, plant based eating plan. So basically, anything that comes from an animal is off limits. Its based on the China Study which is the most comprehensive longitudinal study of its kind. The doctor is from the Cleveland Clinic and its the same diet that Bill Clinton went on that reversed his heart disease. I hear lots of good things about it. I'm hoping that it helps me to feel better, be healthier and happier.

  2. Jan 23 - I asked my chemo doctor about this and she said that our kidneys do a fantastic job of filtering and balancing our system already. She said that trying to change the pH balance could offset our body and didn't recommend doing this. She did say that eating right was key....Heather, I'll check out the youtube :)
